This is an area called Harbor Land.  It is in Kobe on the waterfront.  It has a shopping and dining area.  There is even a Sizzler there....salad bar and everything!

This area is the Mosaic, a shopping area in Harbor Land.  The girls in the forefront must be shopping afterschool, they are wearing their school uniforms.
