MacIain Reunion 2005 - In Hope I Byde Please sign the MacIain Reunion 2005 Guestbook and write your comments and criticisms about the 2005 Reunion to provide feedback for the purposes of organizing the 2010 Reunion. All weekend events will be held at Kirk United Church, except the supper which will be held at East River St. Mary's Fire Hall. Tentative Agenda: Saturday, July 30th - Registration upon arrival begins at 9:00am and continues through the day at the Kirk United Church, Glenelg. It is very important to register in order to get meal tickets, name tags, etc. Registration fee is $5 with free registration under 16 years of age. This fee will be used to help defray expenses such as postage, stationery, rent of hall, etc. Drop-In at Kirk United Church to visit and meet with old and newly found family and friends. Please bring any pictures or family trees you may have for displays for the weekend. B-B-Q Luncheon provided by the Committee 11:00 am - 2:00 pm Hot Dogs, Sausages, nominal fees charged. Supper 6:00 pm at the East River Fire Hall, Hot Turkey Dinner with dessert, beverage, etc. Price $15 each, please remember to register early for this event as tickets are limited to 150. Sunday, July 31st - An ecumenical church service will held in Kirk Memorial United Church in Aspen at 11:00am. The minister for the service will be Rev. Donald Sutherland and the St. Mary�s Male Choir will be in attendance. Immediately following the church service a light lucheon will be served. Following there will be tours of the three cemeteries, which hold a great number of the MacKeen ancestors. As a note of interest, Benjamin MacKeen built Kirk Church in 1876-1877.
