Registration Form Deadline for registration is June 30th, 2005. Registration fee is $5 with free registration under 16 years of age. This fee will be used to help defray expenses such as postage, stationery, rent of hall, etc. Dinner cost is $15. If you cannot attend, dinner money will be refunded if notification is received prior to June 30, 2005. Registrations after June 30 are welcome, but dinner reservations may not be available.
