Little is known about this scary looking demon, but he has played some important roles in the series so far. He is guarding a dangerous man, Billy, when Angel is sent by Wolfram and Hart to release this man. It was to save Cordelia from the visions, and it seems as if The Powers That Be, via Skip, had virtually allowed Angel to take this path.
He talks happily with Angel, before fighting, and losing, thus letting Billy escape. When he next appears, it is bad news for Cordelia. Her visions have worsened to the point that her next will kill her. He offers her a choice, he is her guide for this decision. She can turn back the clock, and alter a previous encounter, so as never to meet Angel, but to become a star.

Skip guides Cordelia on the right path though, and turns her into a demon in order for her to cope with the visions. His next appearence is to take Cordelia to the next level, but it is as yet unknown what this new level will be.
