i carry your heart ... i carry it in my heart

* * *

The tide recedes, but leaves behind

bright seashells on the sand.

The sun goes down, but gentle warmth

still lingers on the land.

The music stops, and yet it echoes on

in sweet refrains.

For every joy that passes, something

beautiful remains.

Lisa was a wife, mother, sister, daughter, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, and friend. She left behind her husband Rusty, 3 beautiful children, Wendy, 26; Meagan, 14; and Russell, 8; a granddaughter, Rebecca, 2; son-in-law David Fanta; parents Quentin and Virginia Boston; sisters Rhonda Mandato; Pammy and her husband Phil Wright and their boys Nick and Adam; me; brother Christopher Boston and his wife Norma, and Nicolette and Brandy. She also leaves her cherished mother-in-law Helen Frye; and Stephen & Randi & Shanna Frye (God Bless You Randi, Rest in Peace, October 6, 2001); Danny & Becky Frye & Darcy and Jay; Ricky Frye; Joanne, Ashley & David Swett; Paul and Stephanie Frye; Frank "Pancho" Tribunella, Meagan's dad; Mary, Ronnie & Ron Romano; and the entire Tribunella & Romano families of New York.

Lisa had many treasured friends, including Sheryl, Stephanie & Butch, Kitten & Carleton, Marcia, Linda & Steve, Jean & Dennis, Nicki and Mike, John D and Erica; Leslie; the Richard Albert family; the Francois Gagnon family, Lisa's friends at Verizon; Developmental Services; IBEW 2320 AFLCIO; and Dr. Claude Caswell & the College of Lifelong Learning. Lisa had so much to live for. She was well loved and is dearly missed by all of us.

The night before she passed away I found these stories she had written for some creative writing classes she was taking. Please take some time to read some of her work. My favorites are My Story, tuesdays with Morrie; Deaf; and A Missing Person. Email me and let me know what you think. xoxo, Lynn
