LIVESAY was formed in 1991, and recorded a demo tape in a small studio that they shopped around in the local club scene to book shows. This simple tape was so well received that LIVESAY began a tradition of high profile shows opening for national acts that continues today. The band has recorded two self-financed CDs, and it was the second of the two - Darkest Hour - that caught the attention of execs at Now & Then/Frontiers Records in England. They have since signed with the label, and are adding three new songs to "Darkest Hour" for worldwide release. Once that happens, they hope to secure a slot on a European tour.
