I am currently studying for a PhD in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology under the joint supervision of Dr. Marketa Zvelebil (Bioinformatics), Dr. Anne Ridley (Molecular Biology) and Prof. Hamid Bolouri (Systems Biology).

My research involves designing protein-protein interaction networks and modelling the dynamics of signalling pathway

I graduated with a BSc honors degree in Genetics and Molecular Biology from University of Leicester in 2001. I went on to do a Masters of Research (MRes) in Bioinformatics at the University of York, where I graduated with a distinction.

After spending 4 months at Astrazeneca R&D developing Bioinformatics software, I joined the Bioinformatics team here at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research.
