| Ladies & Gentlemen! It is my pleasure to invite you to the International Scientific and Methodological Conference in Lviv "Actual Problems of Teaching and Studing Physics in Higher School" that will be held in October 2002 in Lviv. To my mind this meeting will be useful and fruitfull in terms of the time it is convened, beginning of the new millenium. This will enable to sum up the echievements of the past and plans for the future. We plan to hold an exchange of thoughts, ideas and experience in the teaching & studing physics, to find the problems that arise in our mutual work, outline the ways of their solutions as well as draw the attention of scholars and statements for solving of these problems. Desides you will have wonderful opportunities to get acquainted with picturesque parts of ancient Lviv that has recently been recognised of the best city in Ukraine, and is included into the list of city world heritage of UNESCO.
