The Art of Journaling

What we're about:
Journaling is an art in itself. An art that is very rarely seen as such. It's theraputic, and helps one true colors to shine forth in words. The Art of Journaling is a site that helps promote journal artisticness by offering several prompts a month to help with writers block, and help inspire. Hopefully with our prompts you'll find out something new about yourself that you never knew before, or you'll uncover happy memories from the past that you nearly forgot.

The prompts:
Our prompts are not limited to one prompt a week. We post several prompts at the beginning of each month, which will allow you to choose which prompt you wish to work with when you get a bad case of the writers block. When your muse just doesn't seem to be around to spark that creative writing you're looking for, just go to our prompts sections, and you're sure to find at least one prompt you'd like to work with. Our prompts consist of pictures, quotes, lyrics, poems, and questions.

Last Five Updates

March 5, 2005
February has flown by, and I apologize for absolutly no journalling prompts for the entire month. I am back now, in a better mood, and have added the first week of prompts and second week of prompts for March. However, as I am moving to England shortly, I will have no computer access. I am looking for a Co-Admin to keep up with prompts until I return. If anyone is interested, and has HTML experience, please email me at [email protected].
Also, because my computer went crazy on me, I had to save a lot of images and whatnot to a CD, and clean my computer of everything. When I have the time to get my images back(including the award for January's Best Entry), I will award the winner of January.
On other news, The Art of Journaling has been accepted by thefanlistings.org as a fanlisting for Journaling. Huzzah!

There will be no prompts for the first week of February... I have fallen into a bout of depression, my most beloved friend and feline has died. Prompts for the second week will come eventually. Please, also vote for who you think should win the January Best Entry.

I apologize for adding the prompts extremely late. If there are prompts from the last week that you would like to write about and submit, I will still accept them, since it was my fault for putting last weeks prompts up with this weeks prompts. Again, I apologize.
