Please make yourself at home :) This is my personal website about abuse and recovery. In the process of creating this website I am learning more and more about myself and my own relationships. Not to mention how I feel about personal boundaries, what I really think about abuse (see information), and giving myself a forum for self-expression.

What you will find in these pages is largely based on my own personal exploration of the subject of abuse. What this means? That I've incorporated both my beliefs and ideas, heart and experience. So welcome to my little corner of the web. I like to share, so if you have a story to tell, or you want to post a message in one of the blogs/forums, or submit an idea to the therapists corner, you are always welcome to do so. :)
