Since October 2004, this is basically the type of exercise that I've been doing, besides cardio. The previous page is basically my workout schedule. Many people question, the fact that someone on a lung transplant list can do these sorts of things. Let me clarify that for you. It's not a matter of if we "CAN" or "CAN'T" do those things, it's we "MUST" do those things. We must exercise, we must workout the best and most that we can. The strength of oneself makes the outcome of that, or any other surgery more successfull. 2003 I really slacked off and didn't exercise much. Now, I exercise 3x a week at Powerhouse Gym, and on Tuesdays I exercise here at my house. These few photos were taken during my arm exercises. I am indeed in the best shape of my life, but what the photos don't show is the aftermath (besides the photo where I fell asleep with my webcam and bedroom light on. My exercising and determination is what's keeping me from getting worse. There's always time for rest, but never time to give up.
