Well, now we turn to the dumb bells.  I can only lift 10lb dumb bells and that's it, due to my port in my arm.  This photo you can't see my port.  If I lift too much with my right arm, my port could possible not work no more, which wouldn't be good.  When you're only 5'0 and 115lbs, 10lb dumb bells is alot.

On my left wrist you can see my medic alert bracelet. This is in case of an emergency.  On the back it says Cystic Fibrosis, Diabetic, No Known Medication Allergies and my medic alert membership #.  There's a number on the back for a paramedic or anyone else can call incase of an emergency.  I've had it since 1999, and it's never come to use, which is good.
