Welcome to the Poetry section!

A moonlit dance... Here's where all the fairy poetry that I collect, or that's sent into me goes. If you have any of your own fairy/fantasy poetry that you'd like posted, please send it to me and I'll gladly post it up. ^_^

At the moment I haven't got any fan poetry. However, I do have this:

Section from A Midsummer Night's Dream
Wiliam Shakespeare

By the moon we sport and play,
With the night begins our day;
As we dance the dew doth fall--
Trip it, little urchins all,
Lightly as the little bee,
Two by two and three by three;
And about we go, and about we go

Round about, round about, in a fine ring
Thus we dance, thus we dance,
and thus we sing;
Trip and go, to and fro, over this green
All about, in and out, for our brave queen

We have danced round about,
in a fine ring
We have danced lustily, and thus we sing
All about, in and out, over this green
To and fro, trip and go,
to our brave queen

This site opened 04/29/01 and is owned and operated by Luned Ketowisp with the help of Geocities. Special thanks to Sam for the HTML help, music, pictures, links, inspiration, and just all around encouragement. A big "Oinkmooquack" thanks to Claudia for all the dragon pics she sent me (most can now be found in the greeting card section). Thanks to Jeff for sitting with me in the computer lab so I wouldn't be lonely. ^_~ And thanks to everyone who visited the realm!
