w00t! I actually decided to design my OWN layout! xD I feel proud...I like the way this one came out! ^___^ Omi, you can quit staring at it now...Image from Sawasdee Gackt and brushes from VBrush. And yah. I liek it very mush. xD
Well, yesterday went quite well for a change - minus the fact that there was a pretty bad mashed potato fight between my cousins and ok fireworks in the Galleria area... there was a building impeding the view. It's COLD too x_x The high winds knocked over this one guy on a ladder and he broke both his legs...poor guy *sympathizes*
The outlets in my brother's room are being evil... One shot out a huge spark yesterday when I tried to replug my comp so now I'm a little wary. >.> For now that room will remain without power until my dad figures out what to do with the mess of plugs...
and again, I'm bored. and I have nothing more to say. life sucks. -_- at least mine does...

Nice thing to wake up to... My street was under 4 feet of water this morning from the torrential rains we got yesterday. -_- Bus came by and almost drenched me with a wave of water...came extremely late too. consequences: algebra homewerk not done. -_- well, there goes my B...

BOA was phunphunphun for the whole family...if a family even went. XP bus ride: boring. yet tolerable, since we weren't on the other bus, which was infested with roaches and had crappy circutry. performance: I think we did quite well. I told him to fix that damn line, but he ignored me. *sigh* hotel: *holds up scorecard with a big fat 10 on it* but that tape thing was evil...-_- riverwalk: heh...wish I had a camera with me when we went to the Hard Rock cafe. that place kicked ass. X3 but the rest of that riverwalk stuff was crap. -_- *shoots James* poo you. trip back: went home earlier than we planned, but I had a nice talk with a friend of mine. watched Signs and waffed my ass off at the scary parts. XD it was just funny...
feel sorry for the corn though. T_T
chee. Had evil ITED testing Tuesday and Wednesday...Imagine sitting on your ass for 4 hours surrounded by people you don't know and an evil teacher who thinks you might go scizophrenic at any second, answering questions you've never even heard of...x_x well, to tell the truth, I probably aced that test, minus the computing and mathematics analysis parts. damn math. >_<

to start off lightly, there's 3 days to BOA! They cancelled practice yesterday so we need ta werk hard today because there's a chance it might be cancelled tomorrow as well... -_-
Yesterday, one of the juniors at our school was killed in a car accident around 7:10 am. Lots of us were pretty much crying our eyes out; others were too beyond grief. It's really sad...but we have to go on, really. I know that it's a bit early, but there's nothing we can do about it except pay our respects to her. We'll miss you Michelle...
I keep thinking it's Sunday Oo;;; maybe because I haven't had a free Saturday in 5 weeks. *glares at stoopid football games* we only won once this whole season anyway...who cares anymore -_-

Deathly boring week...same schedule as usual...But one of the wierdest things happened to me on Wednesday...this one junior just comes up to me and bonks me on the head, then smiles at me and walks off...expression on face: WTF? *blink blink* I dunno who he is. Must have been a random fishie target. x_x

The music's pretty difficult but with my buddy Melvin I've caught up on the music pretty quickly. In other news, for some odd reason, I think one of my drum majors would be a good candidate for an Aya cosplayer Oo Don't ask me why...I just think he'd be a good Aya cosplayer. Parades are eeeevil... 2 1/2 miles of rain, addressing to the right, trying to keep up with song tempos, playing stuff I don't have memorized yet (x_x) and piles of horse crap that seemed to go on and on and on... every now and then some ppl stepped in it... and the smell...*faints*
but seriously, my left leg went numb and my right was wracked with pain...I can't walk on my right foot and I have a football game tomorrow X_X I swear, that director's trying to kill us...

Forgot we had band practice today. w00t. Tried to come home and get ready for it and go back to school for it... only to come home and find that mom wasn't here. in the end - missed band practice. -___-
Managed to get homework done though...been doing it since 6 p.m. and now it's 8:32...all it was was a drawing for biology and writing expressions in algebra. -_- too much time for only two pieces of work. argh. And I wasn't told until today that our band will be marching at our county fair parade. This sucks...had plans already set for Friday...(it's supposed to be a day off...) And the mention straight out of the blue about a pep rally thursday afternoon. BAND TAKES UP TOO MUCH TIME iono how I survive with it. o__o *blinks*

I'm scaring myself...I think I'm actually developing a life...I have something else besides band and school to rant about... Been preparing for Oni-con a year early, and managed to get my granny to help me create a costume. XD Going to go as an OC since I can't decide what anime character to go as anyway. And OC's are a lot more flexible since we fit in anywhere. xD anyway...must go back to designing costime...oyasumi~

Another uneventful week under the belt. -_- Picture day was okay...tortured my sophomore friend by repeating 'PICTURE PICTURE PICTURE YAY' in her ear. Of course I got stared at oddly, but the camera guy liked my hyperness... And now my grandparents are gonna be wondering why I'm so dark. xD "it's called 'marching practice in the sun' ...repeat it with me... marching practice in the sun..."
Marching practice went really well today, oddly. ^^; Normally we're despirited but today everyone was strangely hyper...more than they should be. Oo;; It was scarier than usual. Well, at least we finally march correctly now. Originally our marching on our opener were crap. -_- And the saxophones and flutes in our outer circle are STILL missing their coordinates. -_-; and we're not addressing to the 50 yard line. -_-;; Estimated UIL grade: 3. BoA: No frickin idea. maybe something bad.
Region's in December and I haven't practiced my music at all...it's hard to do that during marching season because we barely have any time in the afternoons...3 hour afternoons to do homewerk and practice = not enough time to do that in the first place. ><

Another year has passed again... Was watching some documentaries yesterday about 9/11 and I really couldn't help but feel...just...I dunno. Something between sorrow and the sickening feeling of hopelessness because we can't do anything about it. -_- I guess last year I was a big pain in the ass about this topic. sorry. And band practice after school is leaving me with very little time to do homework, but I'll probably be able to be on for an hour or two sometimes, provided I'm not submerged in stacks of homework. ^_^;
