Welcome to Junkyard Racing. We are a group of friends based in the Dallas / Fort Worth area of Texas. We consist entirely of modified turbo imports from a wide variety of manufactures such as Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, and Mitsubishi.

We would like to welcome anyone that feels up to it to venture through the website. We have information and directions to all the local drag strips and road courses, along with a forum and some car specific information. We also have several videos for you bored bastards touting high bandwidth connections. We look forward to hearing from you in the forums, and be sure to check back often. 1.20.04 - First update of the new year and probably the most interesting so far. Here is what we have cooking.

Unfortunately Brian's car troubles have plagued him for far too long. He's tired of the constant headaches and just wants something reliable. He wants to sell the car and has already bought a daily driver. Has yet to be seen if he will get back into cars or not, but for now he's done. He will be placed on our inactive member list until he decides otherwise.

Zach and I are changing brands again. Zach has purchased a red '90 Nissan 240SX Coupe, and I've done about the same. Buying a '90 240SX Fastback SE Super HICAS (AWS and LSD optioned). While drag racing has been and will continue to be fun, I've decided to try a little something different. I use to own a '91 240SX Coupe SE and loved to drive it. I got half ass at drifting it, so that's the direction I am headed. Zach and myself are prepping the cars to try and qualify (me at least) for the Formula Drift US Championships that start in Braselton, Georgia at Road Atlanta Speedway in April. Time will tell if either of us will actually be ready I guess.

Tim's car is currently under repair and will be done soon. He has several different ideas on what to do because he still wants to build a competitive street class drag car. Only time will tell there.
