Gamma Psi Chapter gives back to the community through several programs:
AChA High School Conference: The AChA organization at San Diego State University organizes a High School Conference where they provide students with educational workshops. It is an opportunity for them to talk to college students, get to ask questions, and get informed on student involvement.
AIDS WALK: Established in 1989, AIDS WALK is San Diego's largest one-day HIV/AIDS fundraiser.  Funds raised at the local walk are granted to local agencies to help provide essential prevention and care programs to thousands of men, women, and children living with HIV/AIDS.
BREAST CANCER WALK: The Breast Cancer 3-Day is a national series of three day, 60-mile walks dedicated to raising funds and awareness for the breast cancer movement.
SNOW GOOSEGLOBAL:  The Thanksgiving event celebrates peace on earth. Admission is an appetizer, a main dish, a salad or a dessert to share with 12 others for every five people in your group. Join us in November!

CARNIVAL at HARDY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL:  The Hardy Elementary School puts on their Holloween Carnival and asks for volunteers to help put the event together for students and friends.
LA MESA APPRECIATION DAY: The La Mesa community organizes a day for parks in the community to be cleaned. This year Aztec Park amongst many parks in La Mesa are going to be painted and repaired by volunteer groups and community members.
NATIONAL COASTAL CLEAN UP:  I Love A Clean San Diego and San Diego Coastkeeper partnered once again to organize the 23rd Annual Coastal Cleanup Day, the largest volunteer event in San Diego County. At the 60 coastal and inland cleanup sites an estimated 45,000 pounds of trash and recyclables were removed from our coastal and inland waterways, canyons and streets. Join us next Fall for a fun beach clean!
CURE FOR HOPE: Join us for a 3 or 5K walk/run as we raise funds for breast cancer research at the University of San Diego on May 3rd, 2008. Save the date!
GO RED CAMPAIGN: Go Red For Women is a National movement founded by the American Heart Association to help you fight back against the No.1 killer of American women. We help by raising awareness on campus through flyers, bulletins, wearing Red on the date as well as having students and organizations of SDSU wear Red for the cause, and by collecting donations for the campaign..
