Service
- E-Currency Trader
is a wholly-owned subsidiary of E-Currency Exchange Service.
- Payments
toE-Currency Trader for purchase of e-metal constitute a
contract between you, the Buyer, and E-Currency Trader, the
Seller. The Buyer agrees to provide funds which are free and
clear. The Seller agrees to credit the amount of the
purchase into the Buyer`s account. Once the Seller has
credited the e-metal to the Buyer`s account, the Seller`s
responsibility shall be complete.
- E-Currency Trader
verifies every order we receive. We will fund your account
within 72 hours!
- Credit card orders
are processed in 72 hours after verification (if necessary).
If you are new customer, we need a scan of both sides of
your card and scan of drivers license (or copy
of passport) in JPG format. Our email is support.
- WARNING! All credit card orders will be
verified by phone.

E-Currency
Exchange Service collects personally identifiable information
when you register for a E-Currency Exchange Service account,
when you use certain E-Currency Exchange Service products or
services, when you visit E-Currency Exchange Service pages.
When you register with E-Currency Exchange Service, we ask for
your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code. Once
you register with E-Currency Exchange Service and sign in to
our services, you are not anonymous to us. E-Currency Exchange
Service also automatically receives and records information on
our server logs from your browser including your IP address,
E-Currency Exchange Service cookie information and the page
you requested.

Sharing and Disclosure
E-Currency
Exchange Service will not sell or rent your personally
identifiable information to anyone. E-Currency Exchange
Service may send personally identifiable information about you
to other companies or people when:
- We have your
consent to share the information;
- We need to share
your information to provide the service you have requested;

subpoenas, court orders or legal process;
- We find that your
actions on our web sites violate the E-gold Exchange Service
Terms of Service, or any of our usage guidelines for

Order
Status
After you have placed your
order at our site you may get its status using "Order
Tracking" feature. To get order status you should enter email
and order ID. If you forgot your ID please use "Forgot your
order#?" feature.
Security
Your E-Currency Exchange Service Account
Information is password-protected for your privacy and
security. In certain areas E-Currency Exchange Service
uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data
transmissions.

Policy
All sales are final, but
in the event that you decide not to keep your e-currency,
E-Currency Trader will buy it back at 105%.
