The term �helper� or �maid� for household help shall be changed to �Certified Housekeeping Specialist� or �CHS� to boost the ego and morale of the applicants and to encourage prospective applicants to apply as such since most of them are high school graduates to college level or graduates.
The program for CHS is intended to enhance the skills of every individual, especially women, in various household chores such as cooking & dining preparation, laundry and ironing, house cleaning, baby sitting, care-giving, gardening, etc.
Women shall be trained on different skills and techniques in housekeeping and care-giving to prepare them to be a responsible wife and mother.
OBSERVATION PERIOD: First 5 days
CONTRACT: Six (6) months to one (1) year (RENEWABLE)
SALARY: P2,000.00 to P6,000.00 per month depending on educational attainment and experiences
BENEFIT: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG coverage
