LERRIXX Manpower Agency starts with one man and a big dream to provide every Filipino a decent, permanent, rewarding and high-paying job. For years, Leomario �Leo� Rivera Manongas dreamt of establishing a business that could provide adequate income for every Filipino family.
After engaging in different business ventures such as realty, freight forwarding, trading and lending, LRM persuaded some of his clients to be his financial backers/partners for a new project which is providing skills training and livelihood support for the poor but deserving individuals or families in the barangays. This generates income to the beneficiaries then resulting to job creation. Here, the idea of putting up a manpower pooling agency comes in.
In early 2000, recruitment for the livelihood project and for household help began. In November 17, 2003, LERRIXX Manpower Agency was duly registered with the Department of Trade and Industry and obtained its license as Private Recruitment and Placement Agency (PRPA) from the Department of Labor and Employment on June 08, 2005 and eventually got its registration on D.O. 18-02 (contracting and sub-contracting) on August 21, 2007.
LRM and his financial partners and consultants never stop employing ideas on how to be on the edge in every field of business they are into. They organize the Livelihood Reform Movement (LRM) which aims to provide enough capitalization and support for the livelihood beneficiaries to grow and expand their enterprise such as fruit juice making, meat processing (longaniza, chorizo, tocino, etc.), RTW (Ukay-Ukay), livestock (goat raising, hog raising and piglet dispersal, cattle raising, poultry) among others. They register the LERRIXX Association International, Inc. with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 03, 2004 as the official non-government organization of the livelihood project beneficiaries and also for the clients (employers and applicants) of LERRIXX Manpower Agency.
As years pass by, the clients of LERRIXX Manpower Agency grow by leaps and bounds through a �word of mouth� or referrals by its previous clients. It is now serving more than fifty percent (50%) of the household in Cebu and Metro Manila employing the services of domestic help and now expanding to commercial and industrial establishments. That is why the people behind this venture decided to involve their clients and their employees to their businesses by making them business associates or partners through an effective system. Hence, the LRM One System was formulated.
