 Due to the fact that the LPHS Foundation
is an international organization, naturally members will be in different
time zones. This page is here so that you can easily find out what time
zone another member of the foundation will be in, then you won't go making
the mistake of phoning them at 03:00 in the morning...

| How to use:
GMT (Greenwhich Mean Time) Will be taken as the Starting point for measuring global time zones. Calculating the time difference between two countries is quite simple. Take the country you are in, e.g U.S (Pacific Time) which is GMT -8 hours and add it to the time zone of the country you want to find the time of , this will only work if the country is ahead of GMT. Let's take Singapore as an example. Singapore is GMT +8, so if you add 8+8 you get 16 (duh). So Singapore is 16 hours ahead of The U.S (Pacific Time) So, if it's 08:00am in California - it will be 12:00am the next day in Singapore. If you're behind GMT, it's easier. You just take the lower time zone, eg. U.S (Central Time) GMT -06:00 away from the higher time zone, eg. Arizona GMT -07:00. And you're left with 1 hour time difference. So Arizona is obviously 1 hour behind Central U.S and Canada. |
