He sounds more like a
drummer, many times people think they are listening to drums but
instead it's bass. For instance, when Les Claypool (of Primus) heard
B.B.K., he said, “That's a pretty cool double kick!” And it
wasn't, it was his bass. Fieldy does all the T-shirt designs
for Korn, all the merchandise, like the hats and stickers. All the
merchandise you see. That's all Fieldy. He thinks everybody could do
it. Everybody are just lazy he says. The only thing that
inspires him is hip-hop--all west-coast hip-hop. |

do you like about touring clubs?
Answer: The free beer.
Fieldy says: "When I was younger, I had these fucking chipmunk
cheeks, right... so they called me 'Gopher', and then it became
'Garf'. Then they started callin' me 'Garfield'. Then it became
'Fieldy'." Fieldy's favorite song is Freak on a Leash.
One of his fave albums are Chris Rock's live comedy album, the
biggest old school hip-hop compilation you can get, Psycho Realm and
Erykah Badu Live. |
