Diamond: White female pit mix, 5 mo. old. Rescued from kill shelter in PA where she was brought as a pup after Animal Control found her and her mom as strays. Her Mom was so severely beat up that she was put to sleep right away. Diamond was a favorite at the shelter and they kept her longer than they were supposed to because of her sweet, smart personality, good looks and stable temperament. Diamond is crate trained, walks nicely on her leash, is started in obedience(sit/stay/lay down) and really learns quickly. She LOVES kids/other dogs/ and gets along well with our cats.

Luke: is a pitbull mix, a beautiful little brindle boy. He is a feisty little guy and loves to play with everyone and anything! He is 12-14 weeks old, crate trained, and walks nicely on his leash. He LOVES kids and is sweet to the cats. Right now he plays very well with the girl dogs we have but due to his roughness, I feel that he would do best in a home with a female dog, or where he can be Top Dog.

He has been around kids of all ages and sizes and has even learned not to jump on the baby, now they crawl into his crate together! Luke has been in the shelter, and now with us his whole life, so he has no sad background to overcome. He is like a little child just waiting for you to mold him into the perfect pet that he really wants to be.

Penelope: Female pitmix, 8-10 mo. old. Penelope was rescued from North Philly where she had been tied to the train tracks so that the kids who found her could watch her get hit. Luckily for sweet Penelope a woman witnessed the scene and took Penny from the kids. Further investigation in the neighborhood revealed that she had been turned loose from the chain she lived on when her "owner" decided she didn't want her anymore.

Penelope is a really smart and easy going dog. She listens very well and does her best to learn whatever you are teaching her. She has made amazing progress here and walks on a leash well, has learned some basic obedience and is doing great with housebreaking. She loves all kids, ignores the cats and likes to play with other dogs. She is spayed and UTD with her shots.
