Choose your Password: pick a password you won't forget
Confirm your Password: type in your password again, just in case.
Your E-mail address: type your e-mail address here.  Don't worry, Prizee will NOT give out your e-mail to third parties.  But if there's a new game or something special, they will let you know.
Your Country: pick your country from the list
