Those MaxPacks aren't exactly free - that's the primary source of Prizee's income.  You are NOT obligated to buy one though, you can play for free as long as you want, and still win all the prizes.

But if you want to buy Priz-Passes anyway...
You can do it straight from Prizee's website by calling a certain phone number, or even using Paypal.  Unfortunately this will cost you 1.50 to 2 euro, at least!
