Level 2: Moves the marbles one spot.  A bit less useful. 7/10

Level 1: You can take one marble away.  Whoopee. 4/10

Level 2: Take two marbles away, it still isn't very exciting. 4/10

Level 3: For the richest ones. 3/10

Dephasor

Level 1: Hits the top line of marbles and destroys them or their shield.  Comes in handy! 8/10

Level 2: Still useful, but you need it less often. 7/10

Level 3: Rarely needed. 6/10

Recycler

Level 1: You can toss your 3 marbles up to 5 times.  Might be handy. 7/10

Level 2: I think 5 times is enough. 6/10

Level 3: And this is definitely too much of a good thing. 5/10

Drilling Ray

Level 1: Destroys one vertical line.  I don't like it very much. 6/10

Level 2: As useful/less as Level 1. 6/10

Trans-Chromatic

Level 1: Changes one colour into another.  Best bonus on the entire Prizee site! 10/10

Level 2: Changes yet another colour in the same as level 1.  Super! 10/10

If I were to choose three, I would pick:
Trans-Chromatic Level 1, Ellipsor Level 1, Trans-Chromatic Level 2.
