Frodo Baggins

Frodo Baggins is very important if not most important of the 9 that set out from Rivendell. He is not skilled with swords, axes, or bows, but his aasignment is to bear the one ring to Mordor and cast it back into the fires of Mount Doom. At Amen Hen he gets seperated from the rest of the Fellowship exept for Sam, Frodo's gardener. So Frodo's protection is just a loyal small Hobbit that could hardly kill one Uru-Kai. Then they find Gollum who shows them a way to Mordor.

Samwise Gamgee

Sam is a very kind and loyal hobbit. Though not a great warrior, Sam gives Frodo some protection. He is very cunning. If it wasn't for Sam, Frodo would have not made it very far.

Peregrine Took (Pippin)

A kind hobbit that came with Frodo and Sam when they met them in Farmer Maggot's crops. Pippin is always happy. In a very dangerous situation Pippin could be talking merrily with his best friend, Merry.

Meriodoc Brandybuck (Merry)

Merry is a very intelligent hobbit. He read the maps in Rivendell, so he can guide Pippin when they get seperated from the others.
