Gimli the Lockbearer

Gimli the dwarf is very short and stout. He joins the Fellowship because he didn't trust an elf to get the ring to mordor. He weilds an axe very well and can chop off five orc heads in one swing. His father is Gloin who went on an adventure with Bilbo in The Hobbit. Gimli has a lot of pride. He doesn't show kindness but he has it. He would not be tossed to save his own life but he would to save others.
