SECTION IV: Type I.5 Rules
Type 1.5 Arena leagues will follow the Arena-The League for Magic
Standard Floor Rules, the Arena-The League for
Magic Rules for Constructed-Deck Formats,
and the Arena-The League for Magic Type I
Rules except for the following additions and modifications:
1. All cards that appear on the Type I Banned List,
the Type I Restricted List, or the Type
II Restricted List are banned in Type 1.5 league play, or any appropriate
Banned and/or Restricted List for this format.
