OK this update has a very specific point. I want to try an experiment, and I want my friends here at Drew to be the judges of public reaction.
I want to put two signs in public places with two meanings. I want to put up a Confederate flag in one place, and a pentagram in another. I want to see which attracts more attention and which recieves a more negative reaction.
I trust the people who know me here know me well enough to know that I am neither a Satan worshiper nor someone who wants to own slaves and believes blacks are inferior.
My hypothesis? I think the Confederate flag will be torn down first. For some reason, people have a harder time accepting an anti-federalist movement than they do a belief system that advocates the killing of innocents and using pure evil to do their bidding.
Maybe I am just crazy, maybe I am reading too much into the pentagram, and not enough into the Confederate flag. It could be either. It could be neither. I look forward to finding out what will happen.
We'll see though, won't we.
