Well where to begin? I'm a 22 year girl with blue eyes , blonde hair who love indie music and would most like to meet Jarvis Cocker, Jesus Christ and Paulo Coelho, but not specifically in that order and not at the same time.... but that doesn't really tell you much about me, I could be anyone!
I Graduated In August with a 2:1 in Media Arts, but that hardly tells you about me! At Uni I spent loads of time in the Digital edit suites threatening to chuck myself out of a window (for something to do)whilst waiting for my work to render, I also spent a large amount of time watching tapes black....Yawn yawn! But I loved editing and video work and thats what I want to end up doing. I made a number of Videos and short productions and enjoyed editing them all some with more sucess than others. By the end of the three years I got know as speedy gone Liz the fastest editor in the west (country ohh arghh! I was at uni in Devon.) and ended up sorting out everyones elses edit problems when the technician wasn't around! But enough about Uni this isn't my C.V! Creativity is a big part of who I am, my worst form of torture would be to study maths! (I was so bad at it anyway I use a calculator without shame!) I spend so much of my spare time writing (and reading) books, poems and scripts and I still draw lots too. I guess none of this is too encouraging for my mum as I'm sure she wanted me to go into a nice safe career as an accountant, (she really wanted me to chose buisness studies A Level over fine art... Like as if!) But my brother is studying Physics so thats ok! I worked at Waterstones as a temp for two months and ended up doubling my book collection at the expense of my salary! I guess at this point its a good idea to say a bit about my faith, I'm kinda a Christian and this helps me to make sense of my world it is also where I draw most of my inspiration from. But I'm not someone who goes around and preaches at people to change or be cast into the firey pits of hell, as I know that we are all on different paths and I couldn't ever force someone to believe in a God they didn't seek out themselves or follow a path that wasn't of their choice. My motto is seek and find not seek out to convert or judge. Again I will say read Paulo Coelhos books! And thats about it other than my favourite song is Babies by Pulp off my favourite album His N Hers, my favourite food is chinese, I really want to go to New Zealand, my favourite items of clothing are my beenies, my favourite book is The Alchmemist followed by the rest of Paulo Coelhos books and then the beach by Alex Garland and my favourite films include Romeo and Juliette, Quadraphenia, The Graduate and Lord of the Rings.
