Jeff soloed on his 16th birthday decades ago and has flown many different aircraft since then. However, he recently realized his flying dream when he became a partner in a beautiful red, white and blue RV-4 and learned how to fly in formation with his flying buddies. His RV-4, "KT", is fully IFR certified and fully aerobatic, with an IO-360 and a 3-blade Whirlwind propeller.
When he is not flying, polishing "KT", or cleaning the hanger, Jeff is at NASA Johnson Space Center in Mission Operations. His department works in the Mission Control Center during Space Shuttle missions, serving to control the space shuttle trajectory during launch and reentry.
In addition to a wonderful airplane, great partners and fantastic flying buddies, Jeff is blessed with a wonderful (and understanding) wife and two beautiful children: Shelby and Jared. They like to hike, swim, fish and fly to cool places.
