| This region is in the southern part of the Panhandle. It covers area from the TX/ NM border over to Hwy. 83 (runs through Abilene). It covers from North to South from Hwy. 70 (runs through Plainview and Vernon)to the Midland-Odessa-San Angelo line and then up Hwy 84 until its junction with Hwy. 83.
