Our Philosophy

Our business philosophy is simple. We view our bands as partners, not as mindless drones out to do our bidding. In order to build trust that partners need, Lone Gunmen Records guarantees our bands the following:

-- We will NEVER give, sell, or loan, in any way, personal information that we may collect from anyone unless they previously authorized it (however we do encourage bands to give us contact info which we can post on the website, print on the CD inserts, and give out to people or organizations in order to spread your music).

-- We will NEVER sell a band's music for use in a movie, TV show, commercial, or any other use without the band's expressed written consent. This way you won't turn on the TV one day and see one of your songs being used to sell something while you're not seeing a dime.

-- While we may offer suggestions to what we think may sell when it comes to recording your music, ultimately it's YOUR music, and we won't force you to record something that you don't want to do.

-- We understand that no two bands are alike, that each band has it's own needs and identity, and we will not force a one-size-fits-all policy on our bands.
