The UPK was founded in the beginning of 2005 and had regular meetings during that year in Devon (where it began) which were recorded on paper and have yet to be placed online. Online progress reports were archived on the e-group and they will be included as soon as they have been put into order and processed. The UPK adopted its constitution officially at the AGM in 2007, after which it is required to keep minutes of all its meetings. Prior to that, all information presented is the snapshots taken by volunteers along the way. We hope it sheds some light on the journey so far and we will place the minutes of all meetings from the AGM onwards onto this archive and onto the UPK forum. If you want the latest minutes they go up onto the forum within 24 hours of the meeting.
