During the chat we discussed PEBBLE and any questions that may be relevant to put to them before making an application. Two new items came up on this: -
1. What are PEBBLE's previous achievements?
2. The PEBBLE website now has minutes up in the news section.
We also talked about the Tree for All project and local (Devon) support of the events taking place. The Tiverton event was singled out as a possible. We discussed how else we could support the Tree for All project and talked about the reports of St Nectan's imminent sale. We agreed that while in principle it would be ideal to buy the site, in practice it was impractical and other solutions needed to be looked at.
We finished up with Sophie becoming the new moderator for the UPK forum, congratulations Sophie! The next chat will be the week after next, at the same time/day... which would make it the 10th October 2007. A thread will be set up for the chat agenda soon in the general board.
