Paula�s first screen appearance was in The Dustbinmen in 1969.
Her first staring role was in The Lovers in 1970 with Richard Beckinsale. She then had parts in The Benny Hill Show, The Liver Birds and Z Cars before being cast in Man About The House.
Since then she has had numerous TV appearances in shows like Miss Jones And Son, Boon, Casualty, Footballers Wives and The Smoking Room.
Her more recent appearances have been in Murder In Suburbia in 2005 and Scoop in 2006.
Paula first marriage, in 1969, was to the actor Derek Seaton, who appeared in 2 episodes of Man About The House, It's Only Money from series 1 and We Shall Not Be Moved from series 3, but was widowed following his death in 1979.
She is now married to Nelson Riddle Jr, known as Skip, son of the famous American bandleader and music arranger Nelson Riddle.
