Roy�s first credited screen role was Oh� Rosalinda in 1955
He subsequently appeared in numerous Films and TV shows like The Avengers, Scrooge, Jackanory, Doctor At Large, Sykes and Till death Us Do Part.
These were followed by his appearances in Man About The House and George And Mildred amongst others.
He died on September 20, 1988 after falling off a horse and breaking his pelvis while filming The Return of the Musketeers. He bled to death.
He's buried in East Sheen Cemetery in Surrey, England. Plot B, Grave 5.
