We Speak English Everyday

 

    Nowadays, English as an international language has bring a very important thing for our life. For the people that want to go overseas, they need to study more about English. But, we couldn�t say if English is not really important for the one that will not go overseas. In this case, we will discuss about the important of English.

            One of the main advantages of English is we can interact and communicate with people around the world. Communication with people in this era is important thing. We can imagine if we meet people from outsider and we can not interact with them, it sounds silly. Not only that, in this time there are so many product from another country that labeled with text from English. Import product even use English in every side. There are so many company or industry take place in this country and use English to label their product. One of the reasons about it is the consumer maybe not come from the same country. It means that English is very useful in this case as an International language. For now, children that go to school everyday in  the early morning even have to study English as one of their subject in school. But, not all of the things about English is important for us. When we say about benefits, there must be loss too in the other side.

            In the down side, English is not really important for the people that don�t have any motivation about study overseas. It�s a good thing to do for not forced the students to learn English everytime. They may get bored or stressed if the students is under pressure to learn english everytime. Maybe we can say if there are a lot of goods or service that use English, but still be a positive side of using Indonesia language in our activity. As a good citizens, we need to speak Indonesia as our ways to keep and protect our culture. People in the village in example, maybe their Indonesia language usage is not really good, then they need to study English for facing and preparing global challenges. Indonesia language is also important for our life.

            All in all, English and Indonesia are important language. English is a must for the people that really want to go overseas or to communicate with people from the other country. But, they also need to have skill to communicate and interact with people in this country. If we are focussing to learn English everytime, maybe the next 10 years we will lose our traditional language. It�s a very important things to say if every people in this world have their own character and we couldn�t forced them to do what we want. In my conclusion, it�s better for us to learn English as our language to face global challenges without forgetting our own culture as an Indonesian to speak Indonesia language. And then, we don�t need to forced someone to speak English everytime because sometimes Indonesia language is same important with English Language.
