Warhammer 5th Edition House Rule - Magic Cards by Andy - 09/24/00
The group that I game with has recently started using the "Total Power" card as a "Power Scroll" and the "Drain Magic" card as a "Dispel Scroll". We find that this rule keeps things more sane because you know what some of those spells can be like.
