My Gastric Bypass Page

Welcome to my Gastric Bypass page. I'm keeping this page partly to journal my journey to a new life, but also in hopes that it may help someone else who is thinking of this surgery for themselves. I will try to keep it updated. Can't make any promises though.

I will add photos as I feel up to it. It's just hard for me to share them just now, before I start my journey. I will share a few I'm proud of. These were taken at our wedding, I was so happy but still self-conscious.

I also will post my weight, after I get started losing. I just can't put that number down right now, not for the world to see.

UPDATE3/13/02 Okay, I'm ready to let go of the numbers now. I will also post a pic as soon as I can.
