Catholic Graduates Association

Serving our Lord Jesus Christ with humility, passion and might
The Lilongwe Diocese Chapter of the Catholic Graduates Association was formed in 2005.

The Patron for the Association is Rt. Rev. Bishop Felix E. Mkhori, Bishop of the Diocese of Lilongwe, Malawi.  Father Gabriel Jana is the Chaplain of the association.

Members of the association are Catholics that have a minimum of a University Diploma or above, and reside within the Lilongwe Diocese.

Members regularly attend meetings that are called for by the Executive Committee.  The regular meetings are usually held in Radio Alinafe Boardroom (behind the Bishop's House, Maula Parish). Other activities, e.g. Reflections and Retreats are held at Parishes within the Diocese.

Invitations to the meetings are broadcast through Radio Alinafe, through Newspaper adverts, through emails and by word of mouth.  Notices will also be sent to Parishes, especially now that both the Episcopal Conference of Malawi and the Lilongwe Diocesan Council met and approved the Association.

Currently, members are registering themselves into the Association through Father Gabriel Jana (Radio Alinafe) and Mr. Felix Mkumba, the Secretary.

The objectives of the Association are contained in the (Draft) Constitution.
