Over the years and quite by accident, training has become an integral part of my life. So has the Internet. Here I have tried to blend the two and make my own space in the world - a place where I can share with you my passions, insights, discoveries and continuous questions about training and learning. I hope you'll be inspired to do the same.

The TNT button is a relatively new feature of the site. I added something to my life - running. I trained for and completed a marathon last year in honor of family and friends affected by cancer. I hope you'll check out that part of the site, too. It's personal, but it's important.
