A Day in the Life of Spain: Learn all about how kids in Spain live as you follow our friend Paz through a day in her life and learn about music, food, sports, school, art and more on this web site maintained by Oxfam.
LANIC stands for the Latin American Network Information Center with great links to information about countries in Central and South America, as well as links to food, sports, culture, news and almost anything else that might be important in these Spanish-speaking countries.
Mexican....Hot or Not! Whether you love spicy food or you don't, this site tells EVERYTHING you might want to know about Mexican food. Try a great recipe and let us know how it tastes.
Cyber School Bus: A site put up by the United Nations that provides lots of great information about countries all over the globe. Try playing Flag Tag. See if you can read the site in Espanol.
A Collector's Vision of Puerto Rico: This site maintained by the National Museum of American History helps you learn all about this Spanish-speaking US territory by showing you photographs and objects from the people there. Be sure to check out the links to Carnival and to Puerto Rican music.
Learn Spanish: This site can help you with your Spanish pronunciation. It provides drills to help you say Spanish words correctly.
Legends of Latino Sports: This is a great site for reading up on the latest news about the many, many wonderful athletes that come from Latin America. Look for a great interview with Pedro Martinez.
Babel Fish Translation: This is a fun page on the Alta Vista search engine that will translate English into Spanish (and lots of other languages too!). Funix Book: This is a fun way to learn new Spanish words. Each one is put on a computer flash card with pictures to help you learn the words.
