2. Your booking is confirmed when we receive your check.
(We are not set up to take charge cards)
3. Last minute rentals are accepted until a few days before the rental date, because we need to receive your check, damage deposit, and signed release form before we can give you the key combination. We recommend Fed-Ex and we call you to confirm as soon as we receive delivery. For Fed-Ex, please choose the basic type that does not require a signature, since we are never home when they come, and if they can just tuck it in our door we get it much, much faster.
