Summer Day Camp

Kids K-6th Grade Day Camp

Day Camp summer program of exciting activities for children. Our staff and facilitates are among the best in East Texas, and we take very seriously the trust parents have in our providing such programs for their children.

Note: When this registration form is received in our office, you will be given a medical form to be filled out. Registration is complete when registration form, registration fee and medical release are returned to the LiveWell Athletic Club Front Desk. All Payments should be check only! There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

For children, summer is another word for FUN!
With that in mind, our camp will be filled with activities that are exhilarating, challenging, educational, and most of all fun! The extremely qualified staff here at LiveWell will provide your children with the very best and safest summer of recreation and fitness.

Our directors have a wealth of experience and talent as well as a contagious spirit of enthusiasm and a profound interest in working with and helping children. These leaders, along with a core of hand-selected counselors, provide superior leadership for our program.

Schedule:

Day Camp hours are 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

There will be a minimum fee of $10 or $1 per minute (whichever is greater) assessed for children left later than 5:35 p.m.

No children should be dropped off before 7:30 a.m.

Each week we will take special trips to locations in East Texas such as Ellen Trout Zoo, Museum of East Texas, Lufkin Lanes, Indoor Mini Golf, Skateland, Lufkin Mall Cinema, and many others.

Activities:

Every week your child will enjoy the very best in activity programming. Our entire 16 acre complex will be utilized in making day camp a special experience for every child. Some of the activities include: state of the art physical fitness for children, fun local tours, dance, aerobakids, table games, creative games, Walt Disney movies, racquetball, swimming- daily, music, delicious snacks - every morning and afternoon, volleyball, walleyball, arts & crafts, tennis, soccer, softball, and much more.

Camp Fees:

Summer Day Camp is a community service of LiveWell Athletic Club. Camp fees have been set to include Day Camp staff salaries, swimming fees, morning and afternoon snacks, and insurance coverage. Please call for brochure with pricing.

Lunches:

Each child is expected to bring a sack lunch, plainly marked with the child's name. Refrigeration is available. If your child has a need for a special drink, please notify our director. Water is available, but water bottles are welcome. Hot meals can be purchased . . . details available.

Camp Registration:

In addition to the camp fee there is a summer registration fee. This includes registration, and a day camp T-shirt. The fee is due at the time of registration. We ask that you please pay all fees by check only (payable to LiveWell Athletic Club). Remember that all fees are non-refundable. In case of emergency, if you need to reach us you can do so by calling the LiveWell office at 639-LIVE (5483). Day Camp ages - children who have completed kindergarten (NOT pre-K) through the sixth grade.
