    A HTML'r (HyperText Markup Language programmeR) is a professional developer and programmer that performs the services of reefing HTML code, and other markup languages to produce specific results for a client. The other mark up languages include but are not limited to: XML, XHTML and PHP. A HTML'r is usually well rounded in programming languages with a diverse background in other computer system fundamentals and business administration. HTML'rs are considered consultants. They have been classified as: HTML designers, Markup language programmers, web designers, Certified Internet Webmasters, Internet language programmers or designers and programmers. 

What is an SEO'r

    A Search Engine Optimization (SEO) designeR (SEO'r) is a programmer or specialist in markup languages, Internet operations, Search Engines, classification, marketing and business administration. A SEO'r uses strategic approaches to marketing that will increase a client's Internet presence. SEO'rs are normally responsible in maintaining a websites Internet presence by monthly evaluations and making adjustments as needed. A thorough understanding of the client and the Internet as a whole applies to an SEO'r.

    A Internet Marketer is a specialist with a thorough understanding of the Internet as a marketing medium and marketing. An IMKR should be familiar with segmentation, differentiation, promotion, as it applies to the Internet medium.
