| As of this date Literary Nymphs will be incorporating a new policy in regard to Shorts which are accepted for review; a policy which we feel is long overdue. From now on short literary works will be reviewed at our site accordingly. What does this mean? Precisely, that our reviewers will understand that Shorts are just that, and should not be disqualified in review commentary because they are not novels or otherwise long titles. Often we�ve come across reviews which, while balanced otherwise, can present a negative reception of a book because of comments along the lines of: if only it had been longer, or It was good read, despite the lack of length. But not all readers are in the mood for a lengthy read, and we feel that such disqualifying comments are not warranted when reviewing a short work on its own merit. Therefore, from now own, �Shorts� �in whatever Line the publisher sells them as- will be reviewed at Literary Nymphs in the context of what they are, and for the quality of the read, without any undermining commentary about their length.
