jimmy k's speech on the 20th anniversary of narcotics anonymous ~ is an amazing bit of history for those who are in the na program ~ this tape, among hundreds of other documents, tapes, and photographs were found a few years ago by family members of jimmy k, ~ one of the founders on na ~ and the world service office of na was able to acquire them ~ this speech is a historical glimpse into our past ~ and so many of the points made in it are still relevant today ~

my words 1 ~shares two poems published in various books of literary arts ~ first is seer of the red moon ~ the picture called ~seer of the red moon ~ continues to hang on one of my walls and has in every home since ~ seer watches over me and ensures that i have not completely melted and the top of my head stays on ~
the second poem is about facing breast cancer ~ requesting support from a man i had been intimate with for several years ~ i took cabs ~
