Attorneys’ Fees are contingency and no attorney’s fees are due unless there is a favorable disposition to your claim. The Client is responsible for all Court Cost, Filing Fees and Discovery Cost regardless of disposition.
You are assured that your claim will not be dropped or settled far below value because the insurance carrier is refusing to settle reasonably.
You will be made a part of the litigation and informed of all handling of your case. Your approval of the handling of the case will be obtained prior to decisions being made and action taken on your behalf.
Personal injury claims are generally based upon contingency fee contracts. However, for different reasons attorneys’ fees and support staff fees and other expert fees are listed in the contract for reference if and when necessary.
