Work Procedures                                                 

 1. Please fax or email your documents to us for a free quotation and                                                  

     tell us your requirements.    

 2. If you are satisfied with our quotation, you have to deposit 40%-                                                       

     50% of the total translation cost in our bank account by cheque                                                

     or cash. You have to pay the rest of the cost before you receive                                                

     the translated documents. A translation contract will be signed                                                  

     by both parties.

 3. We ensure the quality of our translation outputs. If clients want       

     to revise them, kindly let us know and we  will do it for free.
